SpeedBox Tracker helps you keep your e-bike safe and always within reach. Track its location in real time, lock the motor remotely, and get instant alerts in the SpeedBox Tracker app.

See the current position of your e-bike at any time. Every movement is visible in the app on your phone.

When you lock the Tracker in the app, you’ll receive a notification if someone tampers with the e-bike. The lock activates 1 minute after you turn it on to avoid false alarms right after activation.

When the bike is moving and has a mobile data signal, position data is recorded roughly every 3 seconds and sent to the server every 30 seconds. The Tracker uses IoT networks covering Europe (currently excluding Poland, Sweden and Bulgaria).

The Tracker is powered by the e-bike’s battery and has an integrated backup battery, so it keeps working even when the e-bike is off. You’ll get a low-battery notification in the app. If no movement is detected, the Tracker switches to a low-consumption sleep mode.

Use this mode when transporting the e-bike. Rides are not recorded while transport mode is active.

Once per day, the Tracker sends its status (location and battery level) to the server when conditions allow.

Your purchase includes a 1-year subscription, which starts when the device first connects to the server. Before the end of the prepaid period, you’ll receive an email with renewal instructions. The annual subscription is 25 EUR (incl. VAT).

SpeedBox Tracker App

The SpeedBox Tracker app is designed for SpeedBox Tracker for Bosch. It connects your e-bike with your phone via Bluetooth and shows live data, bike location, battery status, and more.

Assembly

Before installing the SpeedBox Tracker, check there is enough space in the frame or motor compartment so the device does not obstruct the motor cover or access to the control unit.
